Withdrawals with active wagering requirements attached to any portion of the balance will be held until those requirements are met. The pending wagering amount is always visible in your account dashboard.

If a technical error occurs during gameplay — such as a game freeze, disconnection, or a display error in the bet amount — the round outcome at the time of the error will be reviewed by the luk91 technical team. In the event of a genuine system error that results in an incorrect outcome being displayed, luk91 reserves the right to void the affected round. Connection interruptions during live games are handled according to the specific game provider rules. In most cases, if a disconnection occurs mid-round, the round completes according to the established game rules and the outcome is applied when connection is restored.
